Analyzing the movement of labor market and employment in the tourism and hospitality industry, MojPosao decided to organize the first online specialized TOURISM JOB FAIR. Time component specific to this branch as well as the deficit of the personnel require quick communication for quality employment, therefore FAIR emerged as the ideal solution for gathering both stakeholders in one place and in proper time of preparation for the season. Years of experience in the organization of these events resulted in a great and simple web platform, easy to use by job seekers and employers. Additionally, we enabled applications for several positions at once together with direct communication via chat, video interviews and web cast.
The fair is held annually for a period of seven days. Companies and education institutions can present themselfes in 3d virtual enviroment focusing on job ads or educational programmes.
